FAQ

  1. How do I host a screening of STILL BILL?

    It's easy. First, click here to sign up to host your own screening and register as a user. You will receive an automated email with your password. Use this to sign in and start creating your own event. Once you fill everything in click "submit for review." From there, you will receive an automated email with instructions on how to finalize your event and get the party started.

  2. Can I host a private screening?

    Absolutely. You can have a private screening if you have a members-only group or organization, or if you are showing Still Bill at a private club or home.

    We list the city and state, and any event title, etc, but the street address remains hidden for all private events. No one will show up at your doorstep, unless of course you list the address yourself in the body of your event page.

  3. Will my DVD arrive in time for my event?

    Once DVDs are available for order, we will be using UPS for domestic shipping. It costs a bit more, but 3-day actually arrives in 3 business days, 2-day in 2 days, etc. UPS Ground should arrive in 4 business days, but is not guaranteed.

    IT IS UP TO YOU TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHIPPING METHOD. If you have a large group of people depending on you, don't be cheap and try to save $3 by choosing the wrong method. In a pinch, you can ship next-day air, but it's expensive.

  4. I created an event. How do I log back in to make changes?

    You can log in here, or click Login on the left side of any page.

  5. I forgot my password.

    No sweat. If you forgot your username or password, go here, or on the login page click forgot username or password.

  6. How much does it cost to hold an event for STILL BILL?

    There is no actual screening fee to host your event. All you need to do is order STILL BILL Kit and pay for the shipping and handling. You may also charge at the door or for concessions if you wish and keep 100% of the proceeds.

  7. How do I find my event page to share with other people?

    When you are logged in to edit your event, click on Manage, and you will see a link to your event. Click on View and you will be taken to your event page.

    You can copy and past the page URL into an email to tell other people about your event.

  8. When will the commercial DVD of STILL BILL be available?

    The DVD will be available Spring, 2010. You can pre-order it here now! Make sure you sign up for our mailing list here and we'll let you know when it's available.

  9. When will my STILL BILL Screening Kit be available?

    Screening Kits will ship on Wednesday October 28th. Please make sure you plan the date of your screening accordingly and allocate enough time for shipping. We can ship DVDs to you next day delivery but it will be expensive and it's not worth the stress.
